I remember the first time playing through I was certain Seth was evil, like some corrupted version of Hahn, but being straight up Dark Force in disguise did throw me for a loop.

Seriously where is Phantasy Star 5, 6, 7 and 8??? Honestly Phantasy Star is literally one of the best games on the mega drive with its arbitrary story telling and battle system. It's literally SEGA's flagship title for rpg's as Playstation and Nintendo's flagship RPG was Final Fantasy. :(

I never owned this game growing up but I heard it was VERY expensive when it was released. I later played it via emulation and it’s really good!
