I bought one of these used a number of years ago at a Goodwill (thrift store) for about $6. I really like it. We normally get TERRIBLE reception at my house and this thing picks up pretty much everything in the area! I've got HD radio in my Mazda 3 as well. So it was nice to be able to have HD both at home and in the car 🙂 I noticed one of my doctor's office uses these in the exam rooms. I actually don't think I've seen any other brand/model of HD radio besides these in real life.
I'm not of fan of BB or their house brand Insignia, but I was impressed with the reception and selectivity of this radio. Sangean makes a clock radio with HD, although expensive unless you get the manufacturer's refurbished. Thanks for watching and writing in.
