Brother, I had the selfsame feeling about the giraffe neck on my (erstwhile) SG. I never noticed any neck dive, but I would regularly misfret things due to never really getting used to that long neck. Recently got a beautiful Tele and it’s so much more comfortable; seems very similar to this in terms of reach.

Well it’s not as ugly as that arcade thing, but whatever dingus is playing in this ad is bloody awful! My buddy’s brother got one of these in the ugliest red color I’ve ever seen. $5300 for one of these? Helllllll no!! I can’t stand these overpriced guitars. I mean, I’m sure they’re nice but I’ll never find out, at $5000+ per guitar. Bolt on neck??? On a hugely expensive guitar? Wooow that’s not good. I have guitars that cost less than $300 with set necks and a volute for the slanted headstock. There’s no need to drop multiple thousands of dollars on good guitars anymore. So don’t.
