Your luky that happend in Ethiopia if it was somewhere else you would have been removed out of the plan at gun point.The security staff handel it way carelessly, if the plane id distributed like that you dont ask questions you just remove the person that caused the drama.The passangers aren't the customers of the officers,they are there to make sure the ppl and plane and airport amenities are safe.

The customer service of Ethiopian airline not the service on board but at bole international is bad especially the immigration line ! It’s disorganized and they are extremely rude ! Being profitable doesn’t translate great customer service but to you guys point YES! They don’t control weather or safety measures that staff knows but the general public may not know!
