Every time I hear the mothers call she make to police station, is like she’s giving the police a heads up, about what they will soon be watching , her daughter will be walking drunk in the hallways . The mother got the call saying she was missing, the mother wouldn’t had to have asked her friends had Kenneka been drinking and how much. There are two aspects of this situation criminal and civil crime. Proof of a civil crime is much less that a criminal case. There are two aspects of this situation criminal and civil crime. Proof of a civil crime is much less that a criminal case.
