When I first started Black Clover, I actually thought Yuno was Sasuke too. But I soon realized that he's not Sasuke at all, you'll probably figure that out soon too.
Also this series has amazing female representation like they are actually amazing fighting female characters that aren’t always undermined by their male counter parts. Like in other series where females. Only other series that has amazing females representation is in bleach were great portion of the cast is amazing female fighters.

Don't always expect great animation. This is a weekly series (Production currently on hold because of Corona) which means they have very little time to animate the episodes + they lack animators.
Yuno is currently like Sasuke but later you'll understand yuno is different because he does actually have affection and trust in asta and ven after being almost evil (later in the show) he still breaks out in a tiny while after seeing asta again. Asta and yunos rivalry is more of a friendly one from beginning to end
Bth I watched Black Clover in dub and from my preference Asta’s voice actor in dub is a bit easier to handle than in sub cus I cannot handle that voice(Not saying sub is bad just saying)
Asta is literally the combination of Natsu and Naruto. With the determination of Luffy. He’s my second favorite character in black Clover. Yuno is basically his own character. Not saying that Asta isn’t but Yuno wasn’t inspired by anyone else. I got that Saskue vibe from episode 1 too. But next ep you’ll see why he acts the way he acts to Asta. It’s nothing bad, he doesn’t hate him.

Yuno is very different from Sasuke and very different from most rivals in Shounen like this as he's with Asta a good guy main character and not hostile towards Asta at all though they do keep up that rivalry still so no worries there. Black Clover can be slow at first but it will definitely pick up around the 15-20th episode. The guy wanted to sell it because it's rare like any rare items collectors would just love to have it especially as the 1st Wizard King had a 4-Leaf Clover just like it so many would want to see snd have it.

Yuno is based off of tabata other manga he was making named "hungry joker" the personality hair and face us very similar. He stopped because the character was too serious and emotionless and no one liked the character. And asking why asta has no magic is a forbidden question we don't ask
He grows out of the screaming. He is 15 in the beginning so he gets that puberty voice drop pretty quick. Still yells a lot, but it is more tolerable than this.
I actually much prefer Yuno over Sasuke. They are similar in regards to seriousness but Yuno is always a true friend for Asta and genuinely a kind person (even though he appears tough and cold). Sasuke straight up turned into a piece of sh*t person and only redeemed himself towards the end of Shippuden and after that.

But The thing is it's not that it's similar to Naruto but it have similar Shounen trope as Naruto which is main protagonist having certain goal to fulfill just like Luffy who wants to be Pirate King and there are many other example. They also have totally different motive for why they are following their dream. So people should stop comparing it with Naruto.Its completely different story. If Asta reminds me of someone it's not Naruto but Rock Lee. And another thing is Yuno character is very different than Sasuke. The relation between Naruto and Sasuke and relation between Asta and Yuno is also very different.
We didn’t see eye to eye when I made that comment. You’re right they have different reasons for their goal. But also similar at wanting to be the biggest thing on their village. I also said asta and naruto were similar because of their light nature personality and while having an obnoxious personality.. always just going head on without really thinking things through.. if you say rock lee, then I could only think of him working hard and not having powers. So I say he’s closer to Naruto in personality and approach in to things. Not to mention he also works as hard as naruto just to achieve their goal of getting stronger.
