there's also a ridiculous theory about Zodiac and the Monster of Florence being the same person, the modus operandi is similar and the timing of each killing spree is suspicious, pretty funny ngl

Always wondered why any studio or director would take a project like that. Haven't we all seen enough darkness in real life? Humans are capable of all sorts of awful things, you do not need another movie or show, based on real events, to understand it 😖
is this a documentary or a based on real events drama/movie? if its the second one, im not gonna watch. hate those based on real events movies. idk why ppl would watch that. you never know what really happened or whats added for the drama. AND i dont wanna see some random actors/actresses. wanna see the real ppl...
I feel like they shed light on cases for new generations, a fresh set of eyes and opinions. I know these stories are awful, like say for example the Dahmer story, it was quite controversial, most things are, but it gave the new generation a peak into how twisted that man was. And They saw how evil the world is
@@rubyanntorres9618if it's based on the book this story transitioned rapidly from "a real life cashgrab" to a documentary about biased opinions, police dismeanor and personal consequences for the real life author of this story/investigation.
@@rubyanntorres9618 I see where you're coming from into an extent I agree. My problem is I think that's a byproduct rather than the intent. For example I heard relatives of the victims of Dahmer were not happy about that show because it portrayed him as a protagonist. That's something I agree with cause people like that don't deserve to be in the spotlight except to bring awareness like you said. For example, I'd feel better about it if a portion of the prophets went to the victims families or to psychology research to prevent these types of things. Instead they just go toward making the production company more money

this is a teaser
@pexfmezccle Yes, it is written above, but I mean that this is how it should be, and not that the entire movie should be shown in the trailer.

Is this like David Fincher's Zodiac?!
Both are inspired by real unsolved crimes. The Monster of Florence actually started a few months before the Zodiac killings

I loved the book by Douglas Preston, on which this was based.
Wasn't one of Hannibal Lecter's aliases "the Monster of Florence"
No, the Monster of Florence was a serial killer in Florence, Italy and was active from late 60s to mid 80s. The killer was never identified.

When is this being released? We don’t have an autumn in Texas.
Yes it does. From sept to November
Texas doesn’t have autumn? 😂
Autumn doesn’t live in Texas. You’ll have to cross the border to Mexico.
Sep - Oct is autumn num nuts
You do, it’s in between summer and winter
This one looks good Netflix. Looking forward to it!
If this is the same as the book I read years ago, I remember it being a crazy ass true story. It's one of the few books I've read cover to cover.

Is drama from the director pf gomorra and sicario 2
One of the best books I have ever read. If done right, it will be amazing to see on screen. It WON'T be an easy watch, however.
The real question is where was Ted Cruz?
And Garth Brooks
Douglas Preston's book?
indeed it is!
