I would like more of Luka's former teammates to talk about what he was like in the locker room, in the training room and during the games, details that are not usually told to the media, so that we can get a closer picture of reality about this team(or any other). They matter, not what is seen on TV, or the commentary after each game...Let's not endlessly assume...The players probably signed a non-disclosure agreement, and that would be a major impediment for us to know exactly what happens behind the scenes of each team, that's why we see such testimonies given "with a pipette" to the public...

I 1st known Luka when i watch the Real Madrid played against Barcelona Regal...I was surprised that nobody's talking about him during the draft...The Hawk's Management was finessed by Mark Cuban😅
Wasnt the FO and management... it was the Hawks owner. The FO couldnt get a deal done, so Cuban called Ressler and talked one on one. Something like "Hey Ress, those guys argue about any small detail of the trade. Lets get to the point. We know you really like Trae, you know we like Luka. How about we give you an additional 1st and we end this farce?" Tadaaa... Luka was traded to Dallas! 😂
The best PGs always hyper aware of who hasn’t got a bucket in a while and to get them involved so they would keep rebounding or playing D or whatever they did best.
Giannis is not a traditional big, neither is Dirk. He is a seven footer, but he don't play like a big. Rasheed Wallace and Dirk Nowitzki are some of the first "modern bigs" that reached star level. There have been other shooting bigs, but they were usually role players in the past. Larry Johnson after hurting his back became a three point threat especially in his Knicks days too, but you could argue that once he lost those power dunks from his arsenal he sort of lost his star status too. This is one of those rare traits when a player can seemingly re-invent themselves on the fly and adjust after injuries to find a new niche where they can be very useful. LJ was one of these cats, another that pops into mind was Jason Kidd. Kidd was never a really good outside shooter, but once he hurt his knees he became a shooter and probably bought another 5 years into his career. Those knee injuries back then were something that ended careers... Really rare quality for a player and one you don't find out if nothing tragic ever happens. Love for the game is probably behind this too... Love for the game is usually the stuff that separates the very elites from the very good players... All NBA players are extremely good, but some still climb to the mountain top and some never seem to get off the ground. Love the game!
If the hawks had luka in 2021 they might be champions right now. That trade will go down in history for how bad it was. Atlanta is now consodering trading trae. They lost the trade everyone knows it except atl fans

Damn I didn’t realize how many great players Matt played with 🤯
Luka could've been Booker's brother but became his dad instead 😂
I watched the whole episode. You can tell love the game, and you break it down like scientists.
it worked on me...i clicked that button. im not that word you said though
andre miller callout, the impressions had me dying
swear i said the same thing in my head "oh nah i aint no bitch nah" 🤣
It's just a matter of time until no one can deny Luka, could be this year, could be next or the year after, but it's coming. He's gonna stomp everyone in his path and take the chip. You can see the greatness, and it's coming
I remember, when JT called Luka in his 2nd season arguably best player in the league.
Atlanta will always love Jeff Teague.
Turbo blunts 🤣😂🤣
MVP should also mean being the best player in the league not just the most helpful,,, *Valuable.. Luka is on another level then anyone I see and he opens up everything
"It's hard to develop those habits while losing. I did everything I was supposed to do, AND STILL LOST" - Wesley Matthews
I needed this bad. Wasn't expecting to hear something like this today at all either.
Andre miller was solid af
The Andre Miller story might be my favorite on the channel.
Another day another great clip from this pod.
How about we give you an additional 1st and we end this farce?"
Tadaaa... Luka was traded to Dallas! 😂
Shoutout to H hallway is crazy 😭😭 I miss pike man
The best PGs always hyper aware of who hasn’t got a bucket in a while and to get them involved so they would keep rebounding or playing D or whatever they did best.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣bro Jeff T is fkn hysterical
00:12 right away, legendary story :D
Subscribed. I don’t ever subscribe to shit but the way y’all did that.
This shit not even close on Gawd. Atlanta kicking themselves no 🧢
214 always got love for Wes💙
JT,you know I’m petty 😂😂😂
Trae is not on Luka's level man. The cope is crazy 😂
Luka is a sensational shooter, and a unpredictable game player. He's hard to cover, he has a different mindset, throws others off.
Shoutout to Wes Matthew for giving Giannis his flowers👏🏽
Jeff Teague funny as hell
Them foams tough lowkey Teague…I might have to dig in the storage lol
Giess ima be the one to mention that Marquette backcourt with Wes, jerel mcneal and dominic james
Ice tray!! Beast , but I'll take luka!!!
espn wishes their shows were half this good.
This show will take over ALL pods. No politics. No race. No BS just straight gangster. Love these dudes man. Keep rocking fellas the skies the limit
You gonna let the white dude get the ball whole game?
No race...
Oh, you probably meant race as in F1
If the hawks had luka in 2021 they might be champions right now.
That trade will go down in history for how bad it was. Atlanta is now consodering trading trae. They lost the trade everyone knows it except atl fans
Brudda say “lemme shut the fuck up” mayne LMFAOOOOOOO ☠️
You got a future😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Bruh!!!!
Lol if you were the GM of Atlanta and Dallas offered Luka for Trae straight up, would you make the deal and how long would you even need to think about it? Enough said.
Luka is signifactly better than Trey. Aint mo way around that.
Also, Atl is as big a market as Dallas. Nothing to do with market size. Luka at age 21 averaged Lebron numbers. Nobody else did that, in nba history.
He gets shit for his playing style by the playground fanboys, but Luka has better numbers in EVERY CATEGORY than LeBron for career so far. Plus he's still getting better.
Steph curry even said luka has dat aura about him dat u knew he will go down as one of the greatest
Wassup with the luka hate? Trae good, but luka Top 5 , in MVP CONVERSATION! Talking bout some “even”. Cause luka rebound better? He better at everything!
Fr tho I agree with Jeff on that if Trae was in New York or something the league would push him way harder he just kind of overlooked rn cuz he has help from Murray that’s just my opinion ima Pelicans fan
Why is it randomly censored at parts haha?
“IEP Teague”😂
Never forget White Chocolate Jason Williams, and Pete Maravich.
😂 Luka and Trae even.
1:40 😂😂😂
IEP Teague is crazy lmao
Trae - 25.6 @ 43.6% / 3.6 / 9.5
Luka - 28.4 @ 46.9% / 8.6 / 8.2
That's why people think Luka's better. That and even though he's a weak defender, he's FAR better than Young who's just too small for most guards.
