How Good is the Normal Type in FireRed?

Hey everyone! So I'm trying something out, hope you like it. Let me know what typing you'd like to see next and what game. Also, as I said in the video, the next video will be beating Paldea the right way; but I won't do that. It'll be in Galar. It's taking me quite some time, currently on my 6th attempt.
