It depends on how you record the scores. If you gave a country 12 for a win, 10 for second place 8 for third and then 7,6,5,4,3,2, and then 1 point for their placings, The UK is by far the best country because of their 16 second places. Sweden and Ireland are close behind but it'll take 25 years of the UK getting nul points and the Swedes and Irish getting 12 points each for them to over take the UK.
