How to create a border using Rectangular Marquee Tool | Photoshop

Everyone creates a rectangle box and place behind their work file. Then they reduce the work file to get the background or else will use the pen tool to create a border. It is time-consuming.
We need only the 'Rectangular Marquee Tool' to create a border and it is the easiest method.
