Wow. I see value for $1500 a month. It is really beautiful. And, from all the towers, I see that it's booming for sure! Thank you!
With that price and those views, we get it!
My favorite “little” beach towns are being consumed by tower construction.😢
Ikr....
To the south of Manta there are still many small towns and they will never be populated by towers because the owners of the land are the comuneros, in manta if they can sell because they are private property. If you want to see villages yet, go south of Manabí
I can't wait to go to manta. I am impressed with the sister and her level of knowledge and professionalism. You guys did it again. Great video!
Thanks for tuning in and yes Jewel has her ducks in a row AND she's a great time.
I loved all of your Mexico content!!! You guys are part of the reason I moved to Mexico and started my own RUclips channel!!! I'm out here living the dream!!!
Glad to hear it! We hope Mexico is being good to you. Manifesting dreams! 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
!!!!!Tours with Jewel ! wow! I can hardly wait to watch......Thanks!!!!! :-) (Jewels a gem)
She is a gem!
Very nice apt/condo but could be in any town! I like to see some character or charm to show you are in Ecuador.(it can still be modern) Hope you are going to show less expensive places. On the other hand the beach looks awesome! Thankyou!😊
Thanks for the feedback.
Great video, guys! We live in Mykonos Torre D and love everything about it other than the excess noise that surrounds it in the evenings.
Wow! That condo row apartment was beautiful and cost less than where I live. I rent only one bedroom in a 2 bedroom house, share the kitchen and pay more right by the ocean in Ca, USA.
This is so awesome! Thank you! I'm just hearing about Manta and I think I'm in Love! That view was priceless!
Best wishes and happy hunting!
Wow. lovely places. Great video! Thanks.
We’re the friends from Cuenca and Jewel was absolutely wonderful! One more week!!

I was waiting for this. That first one was lit, and the price was great!
We l8ked the 1st one too...more to follow.
You'd still need at least $60,000 a year in income, if trust funds aren't covering it.
Great content as always

@@TheYarbros thank you!!!
Hola Yarbros, Like you're straight up videos very much. Been following the going's on in Manta for about 10 months with JP and Don S. and my own research. Ecuador is not the most stable place as a country and has collapsed before. It is also on the verge of becoming a Narco-state, has a few earthquakes and plenty of "Manana". Unless one is rich I would never buy property there or Mexico. Spending the winter months in Manta would be okay but Manta rents are way out of control. Where is the pristine ocean and coral bays besides the Galapagos? I still might visit Manta but not into getting gouged just to live by so, so ocean. I do have a few contacts there so we'll see.
Keep up the great videos, Ciao Scott
Idk, I think if/ when they conquer the druglords investment property here could be very lucrative. The threat of an earthquake on the Ring of Fire is always real but so is the desire to be in a gorgeous location. I think they are next up...w/ the only real threat coming from their border towns....if they get a strong & smart enough president I believe that could be conquered as well. Their currency seems to be stable enough in this crazy world. Mitigating risk is part of investing scared money doesn't make money.
@@TheYarbros well said. Plus, Quito is cheaper and for the beach experience, Bahia, could be an anternative, an hour away. I like Manta 4 my mom and dad, because there is la clínica de mi universidad San Francisco offering high quality healthcare.
I do not understand why they are so rigid and strict, relax live life, manta is a city with more good things, also not only is blanket, could be blanket a city of summer and beach and many nearby beaches, 20 minutes from Quito by plane, well each person complicates life as he wants, life does not last 1000 years, So enjoy every hour and second. Explore and see for yourself, the. World is big they can go to another country, but for us Ecuador is our home.
@@proyectonuevo7487 Hola, What I stated are factual statements. Every country has good and bad. The majority of people coming to Ecuador are retired with limited retirement funds and monthly incomes. Manta is a good choice because of the GOOD Weather and medical care. Like I stated above I will come to visit Manta as I do have contacts there.
@@scott3893 I appreciate your viewpoint and experience. So often, when viewing from afar (and especially when money is involved) we see all too rosy narratives of gorgeous places. With respect to the ups and downs of countries, it's similar to all of these people in the stock market who don't remember being impacted by recession in 1992 and 2002. All sorts of YOLO in the good times, but then it becomes begging on Go Fund Me when reality bites. Our goals are to be cautious renters, retaining mobility for the down swings.
It's time you get 50.000 already....
Let's go!
I have to say that from what I’ve seen, that area does not appeal to me whatsoever,,,like Miami but no deco. I prefer more lush greenery coming down to the sea. That city doesn’t look attractive to me. Pretty sea, the sea is always pretty -but that beach way too built up. What’s the draw?
We agree w/ you. There are many other beaches but this area in general is becoming a boom area....which is an auto-turn off for us but...we are here to let you know lol
The apartments for $1500 were very nice. I would love to see what you can rent for $800 or less
@@gloriacurrie4046 duely noted.
Hahahaha people do not understand anything I think, manta is only a reference point to live or do business etc the real secret is in all the beaches and towns near manta haha ud you are minutes from beaches and really beautiful towns ...
This is *the* beach. Like you’d find in say…Myrtle beach or something. It’s where all the tourists stay and visit( both foreign and domestic). It’s where the events and parties happen. It can be loud and crowded.
But this isn’t the *only* beach by far. There’s beaches literally everywhere, since it’s the coast lol we’ve been to plenty that are less commercial.
Waterfront apartments in NYC? $5,000 for a tiny studio if you have a hook up and your landlord is your cousin on your mama side. 😂
😂😂😂
Manta seems a little too expat for me. The locals must be priced out, it's sad. Translation earbuds and $1500 a month luxury rent isn't really the down home vibe man. Good for ya'll showin it tho.
Manta is definitely gringo'd out but it's also full of locals doing their own thing....lots of subcultures here...which we love. I would argue that the mainstream culture is local and the foreigners and vacationers are a subculture. that is growing.
@@TheYarbros That's great, where do the locals live?
@@cynthiareese2425 All over. Expats are generally in the 2 areas we showed Barranquilla and the "Condo Row" area. Tarqui, Centro, 3 Kings, Sur...all other areas are locals. A fishing town becoming a tourist destination ...still becoming though. The City's culture is its own. No Ubers, grocery stores are for the lame expats markets are for the locals....
