Atlanta is a good place to be in 1-2 years it’s like Vegas a transient place. But Atlanta is a great place to visit , lots of events held in Atlanta , a lot of things going on there also Stone Mountain is good to go to just to relax and sightsee

@bigzilla513 big bro I move to Atlanta January 5th 2023, I move down there for my music and my acting. I never liked it from the moment that I got down there but I was thinking well maybe I can deal with it because you know it's a new city you need to adjust, but when I went downtown I see exactly what you talkin about homelessness bombs everywhere and that's everywhere in Atlanta bro everybody is doing bad in Atlanta Georgia. And not only that even the rich people or endanger it's a dangerous place to be. Just about a week or two ago a 77-year old lady was murdered in Buckhead somebody went into a house robbed and stabbed her to death. It's just a bad place to live bro it's not a good place I wouldn't recommend anybody to move there for anything if you are an aspiring artists or anyting stay home and just make it from home, be independent don't go to Atlanta 🚫

Yes for most Black people ATL is a bad move. Now everyone Black is moving to Texas or Charlotte since it got expensive. If you white Atlanta is great for you ... they do the best here from dating to jobs to buying homes.

Atlanta has gotten really expensive. I didn't feel a connection to Texas. I've been there twice. I know Charlotte and Nashville are growing as well. Got job offers out there.

@@ItsGippetto Texas will grow on you and your money go further ... especially as a renter. Nashville and Charlotte are more affordable than ATL right now. 2024, I think we will see more Black people leaving the area and more crime b/c COL is gonna go up again

@@grayscar05 Texas is a hell no for me. I have a fear of twisters and I refuse to put money in a state that bans abortions.

All I know is atlanta is great for music and thats probably the only reason I'm tempted to move.

Yes, but it's over saturated with people "trying" to do music. I'm not discouraging anyone from moving here, but definitely visit a few times before you do. Have a car, have a job and have some bread saved up before you take that leap. It's a lot more expensive now.

@@ItsGippettoI noticed that when I started Morehouse College as a music major . I encountered enough musicians waiting for that break that I wondered, “What makes me think that I am so special that I will make it?” With that realization, I switched my major to sociology and gave up the dream of becoming a performing artist. When I returned to music six years later, my goal was and still is to become a college professor. That way I can make, and maybe perform music on the side, and have a steady income.
