We've all been told they existed tens of thousands of years ago, and were supposedly not quite evolved to the intellectual capacity of modern people like us. Fake News reporters back in the 1800s actually believed in the secular, immoral lie that became the cornerstone of the modern anti-Biblical philosophy of historical anthropology.
