Not a company I know much about but will definitely check out what they’re offering. Really enjoy mint in scents currently, it’s fresh and cool as you said. Sometimes I’ll opt for more subtle scents. Suffering with migraines, it’s often something I have to consider when I buy products as strong scents can make things worse. This was actually originally a "Create Your Own" scent profile from Rick AKA "Satisfied Senior" and he's ordered so many Create Your Owns that we both agreed it would be a nice idea to create a special collection of his top 33 scents. I'm so gad you enjoyed the scent profile and the products themselves. Since your purchase, I've been thinking of ways to reduce shipping to the U.K. and Europe but still use DHL for their speed. So I set up a shipping deal to essentially split the cost of shipping depending on total cost of order. DHL shipping costs me $40.78, which is why I charge $40 for shipping, but if an international customer spends $100+, I will split the cost of shipping by reducing shipping to $20, and if the order is over $150, shipping will be free. I know it's still expensive, but I don't trust USPS to get packages overseas quickly and it's why I went to DHL. 3-5 business days in most cases for shipping. Code FEROCIOUS saves 15% on oils, balms and butters. And I guarantee your satisfaction or your money back. Chris, I'd love to have you on my Ferocious Friday Free For All one day. Thank you for all the info, very useful to know. And thank you for your efforts to reduce shipping costs. However, I cannot but feel that this is a problem that you yourself created by using DHL. I am based in the UK and I would never place an order having to pay an extra 40 USD for delivery. With USPS I would probably have to pay 25 USD. Yes, it could take anytime between 5 and 20 days but I had never had any parcel gone missing and I must have placed over 50 orders from US companies, all delivered with USPS. These are just my thoughts expressed with best intentions in mind.👌🙏

You are absolutely correct that it was my decision that led to a higher shipping cost, but what you define as a problem I define as a solution to ensuring that the package will get there accurately (meaning, I can track it as easily as the customer can). Speed is an added benefit. I realize not everybody is willing to pay $40 for shipping which is why I offer to pay 50% of the shipping charge if the order amount allows for it. We are a business, and I’ve lost a LOT of money having to pay $21.95 to USPS to ship it, only to have the package “get lost” as it’s not trackable in many cases once it hits the U.K. and ship it out again at the cost of product and another $21.95 shipping all paid by Ferocious. This solves my problem and business continues to flow, so although it’s not for everybody, it does seem to generally be working for my customers and for Ferocious. I do understand your point respectfully.
