Am a woman who likes Cologne Intense a lot! In India, Fougere Royale is sold out but I liked CI a lot. Can’t wait to add it to my collection.

OK, so my new decant of Le Barbier de Tanger brought me to this barbershop battle. Firstly, I completely, utterly, thoroughly disagree with your assessment of Invasion Barbare. It's simply brilliant. Different noses. I have a full bottle of that as well as Houbigant Fougere Royale (2010). I actually call a tie between them. I can't decide a winner.
Now, I've just sprayed Le Barbier de Tanger on card, and I in no way get a similarity to YSL Rive Gauche Pour Homme. What I do get from the opening is a very definite similarity to two fragrances I have: Lancetti Monsieur and Milano Cento Him. I have not yet gotten my nose on Houbigant's Cologne Intense.
Good to hear your thoughts. I hear a lot of good things to Milano Cento. Never heard of the Lancetti.
Great video, I've only tried Fougere Royale and you pretty much summed it up, very classy and well blended, you've reminded me I must wear it more often! IB seems to be the most hyped but it sounds disappointing, especially given the price. Hope you are doing well in this time.
