Hi Deb I think you are on track as it goes to November after all. I have eleven prompts completed and progress on the majority of the others. I’m not killing it but should manage to finish the majority of the prompts left (the lip balms are probably going to be still standing at the end😂).

Ps ouch 114bpm. I drink a ton of coffee every day and my heart rate is normal (60 to 70bpm when stationary). I think it’s maybe the meds or perhaps just the interaction of the two. You might be sensitive to caffeine (whereas I could be on a drip and still not have enough 😂). It’s worth watching and being careful about for you however by the sounds of it. Caffeine doesn’t interfere with my medication so it’s a non issue for me and my body is used to it. X
