It can be used on all domestic gas, electric, halogen, ceramic and induction cooktops.
This Stainless Steel Hawkins T Pan is ideal for making up to 6 cups at a time.
It can also be used for making coffee & soup, for boiling milk & water, for cooking instant noodles and for re-heating food.
Its 4.7 mm thick sandwich bottom is claimed to heat evenly and stay flat. The external base is claimed to be AISI 430 grade magnetic stainless steel makes the TPan Induction Compatible.
It is said to have a technologically advanced, specially designed Ezee-Pour spout for easy no-drip pouring. A strong, sturdy, stay-cool handle is firmly attached with two stainless steel rivets.
The Glass Lid is made from toughened, 4 mm thick, heat-resistant glass with a strong stainless steel rim and a stay-cool knob. Glass Lid stops splatter of hot liquids and you can see and judge the tea or other food as it is being prepared without lifting the lid.
The Hawkins Stainless Steel TPan is offered in two sizes;-
1 Litre and
1.5 Litre
The 1 Litre is ideal for making 4 cups of tea at a time (each cup about 150 ml).
The 1.5 Litre is ideal for making 6 cups of tea at a time.
Both sizes are offered with a glass lid, or without lid.
