Scozzi16 Glitchhop tends to be a lot more chord progression based and melodic than Dubstep, the overall sound design when it comes to basses is more growly and sometimes more neuroy than Dubstep, and it tends to be a lot slower. (110bpm vs 140bpm) I can get a lot more specific than that if you'd like however I don't imagine you'd like to read an essay on why the genres are different.
