You sit & try to figure out sometimes what went wrong then outta nowhere somebody come & hits ya with a....Mad Sounds Glastonbury 2013. If it wasn't for this performance I would have been on the conspiracy train that this whole set was so perfect it could have only been achieved via CGI.
I guess they took a 3 years old kid, made him sit next to the keyboard and just said to him "Play Mad Sounds" So he did... Played it as mad as he could.
Oh it's a pitty the organ played wrong in the beginning. It was the most wonderful moment in the set at Hurricane Festival in Germany... And they didn't broadcast it.
I was always wondering how they could switch from R U Mine? into Fluorescent Adolescent so quickly (because Alex has to change guitars), but i guess they put this in between then cut it out
you kinda have to sympathise with the organ guy, imagine playing at glastonbury, playing the wrong chord, settling onto a chord in the key then being too scared to change chord lest you get it wrong again in front of that number of people
