I wouldn’t call it cheating adding in the technology voice, that is honestly the best part of Colress’s theme and without it feels incomplete
Besides, some games on the GBA actually utilize audio clips (such as the common yoshi voice being used in Yoshi's Island), so I say it's fair game
Someone's gonna be disheartened by the new Pokemon Masters take on Colress theme and lack of voice...Personally I enjoy it regardless, it's a good mix!
