I have driven 1.5 turbo petrol automatic alcazar for 1O K kilometers and it is a comfortable and noiseless car with smooth and enjoable drive. The FE on highway is 16-17 kmpl and in city it is 10-11 kmpl. I use it as a spacious five seater car with a big boot, though it can be used as a 7 seater with 2 children sitting in the 3rd row.

Fast forward, Alcazar launched and tried sitting in it and I can say Alcazar is a joke in the name of 7 seater. Glad I didn't cancel XUV700, its a much better and spacious car. Alcazar is not a 7 seater, if it's your requirement. Alcazar is 5 + 2 seater, so better go for any 5 seater like Creta or Seltos or a proper 7 seater. Alcazar is a confused car.
Hello brother what about brand value and after sales service about hundai it's a best..baki hathi leke kya karna jo ek bar Manda pada fir hospital ka chakkr khate khate thak jaoge koi medicine kam nai kregi tab yaad ayegi maruti & hundai is best..yakin na ho to Google kr lo maruti or hundai ke jitne service centre hai us se adhe b dusri company k nai😂

@@Ananydubey01 I drove alcazar for 8,00 kilometers, and xuv 13,00 kilometers Lucknow Delhi Manali..Both are completely different car, xuv is very ahead, it feels 🚀 rocket while driving..alcazar is also good car, but comparing this car with xuv is a crime..It is hard to believe that this car was made by Mahindra
If you are buying diesel, than go for xuv700. If petrol is a requirement than go for Alcazar. Xuv700 in petrol will not give good mileage. For petrol alcazar DCT give mileage of 10-11 and on highway it can give upto 17kmpl. If city drive is requirement than alcazar do make sense
Remember Hyundai it self declaring in its warranty and certificate paper that, Alcazar is a Station Wagon vehicle, no where its mentioned that its SUV or Compact SUV type vehicle. So there is no comparison of Alcazar (a station Wagon with 1.5 Turbo Engine) with XUV 700( ehich is a real SUV)
I have new alcazar turbo petrol and pulled the mileage of 14 + within city in lesser traffic and it goes below 10 in peak traffic. All depends on traffic and your driving style. You can consider average of 11 to 12 kmpl mileage in mix condition in city.

Xuv 700 doesn't come in this segment, xuv 700 is costs 29 lacks, and after alcazar for 8,00 kilometers, i can say xuv still very advanced car.
