use an earring/ paper clip/ small metal wire to push up from underneath untill all it comes out. Then it works perfectly. There are 2 very small holes on the bottom of the tube
It’ll help to force the product through the tube without damaging it or opening it. Once it goes through itll work just as intended with the small pump

@@mimigalvez3849 try pushing up a open paper clip below to send up the disk. It’s an airless pump so that should get it to work.
Thank you for making this video! It's not an on and off button...it's more like a pump..pushing up the lil bit of product needed. I would have broken the pump before getting the gel out if it was not for this video. Thank you Thank you ❤
@@mimigalvez3849 if what nandy said doesn’t work try pressing the tip on your hand then using the side of your knee to push hard and then pump it came out really fast for me
That is why I'm here as well. Banged the product as hard as I can on the counter and pressing the button ... nothing smh I love this company but im pissed, you need to get it together with packaging especially when a product costs this much.
I learned a trick to it. I just held it upside down and pressed the button all the way down and held it for about 30 seconds and it came right out!

Finally got mine to start pumping, after like the 1000th pump I decided to pull the pump part out to get to the gel, and out of curiosity I try pumping it a few time and I started to hear it pumping, so I decided to put it back on and it pumped right away. Hopefully that helps.😊
-I think there might have been a vacuum inside the pump and by pulling the pump part out and try pumping it first allows you to get rid of the vacuum

when the instruction said "tap base flat" i took that was the bottom of the pen, you want to tap it against a table with some pressure and click the button at the same time, took 2 tries and under 30 seconds
You can just pull the pen apart with some force. So much easier that way. Use a q-tip to dip inside.

Mine came out after I held on to it and continually “threw” it towards the ground so force the product forward! Act like it’s a magic wand and you’re aggressively cursing the floor lol
It’s suction based!!! Put the tip of the applicator on the back of your hand and pump the button! My came out so fast so be careful.

If you can’t get yours to come out hit the top of it on a hard surface a couple times and press the button a couple times and it should come out.
Guys you need to slam the tip against your table multiple times and keep pressing the white button for it to work... I almost gave up too but figured this out from frustration

Hi! It’s frustrating that there’s no good illustration for this.
Press the white tip (where the hole is) on a flat hard surface. I did for about four times, then squeezed the white squishy part on the side to see if it was ready to come out. So just alternate pressing on a hard surface, and the squishy part. Good luck 😊

A tip for anyone trying to get it pumping: just shake that b**ch around to get the juices flowing. Then as someone else said hold the button with the opening upside down for 30 secs. Then start pressing the button again continuously, it should work. Mine jizzed all over me 😂😂

This pen could make Jesus himself curse his own name. After 20 minutes of throwing it, shaking it, tapping both stupid ends against a hard surface, and questioning my sanity I found that the only thing that works was pushing the end of the paper clip into one of the little holes at the bottom.
hey lovelies,i found a method that works for me, i, like most of you, was viewing this video because i couldn't get my pimple correct to come out
i had thought mine was broken because no matter how hard i squeezed, it wouldn't come out
here's what i did
i shook it around, you have to shake it with as much force as you can
then i held it upside down, pressing the top to my hand, and pressed the button for 35 seconds
i then took a toothpick and pricked it into the two little holes on the bottom
i had started pressing the button for another 35 seconds, with the tip on my hand, and i noticed it stared squeaking, dont think kt matter much
then i pressed the tooth pick through the two little holes and repeated this process for 5ish minutes
i could feel it starting to suction then it squirted out all over my hand
i really hope this helps! ❤
