You do the triangle I roll mine half way(like a cigar)then make the hat and seal the corners.They look rounder and I don't deep fry wontons.I use little oil and half way add little amount of water then cover it with the lid ,so it continues cooking,like pot stickers.The wrappers are the same as yours,yellow in a pack from Asian store.I also love to fry tofu.I just noticed one sister is going to have the baby:) All the best!
Is wonton pastry similar to italian pasta dough? It looks at least similar and I woudl like to make the dough from scratch :) So in case you would have recipe for it, it would be great :)

For this recipe you could try ground/minced beef, chicken or turkey. Anything meat or meat-like really! Just avoid anything too juicy x
