- Heffner Performance and OB Prestige bring out the Lamborghinis and hit the half mile at Shift S3ctor in Coalinga, CA for a little bit of racing! The blue car even took home the overall trap speed record at the event with a 227.5mph trap speed. The black car took home the fastest 2wd car record with a 194.13mph pass as well.

To all the people who can't read..... The title is NOT misleading.... It quite plainly reads 6000hp+ >"OF"< Lamborghinis!

Yeah, can be read as 1 x Lambo with 1500HP + 2 x Lambo with 1000HP + 1x Lambo with 2000HP + 1x Lambo with 750HP+ = 6000HP+ Lambo Horsepower going on the drag strip.
I also read it as "6000HP+" worth of Lambo's going on the strip instead of just 1 Lambo with 6000 HP.
How can these guys NOT even attempt to look at it that way, seeing as this video focuses on more than one car and not just "ONE" so-called 6000HP car?

Skankhunt24 Look, we could split hairs all day long regarding what the title denotes, but I will say that if you're a rev head (Aussie term) or a gear head (American term), then I would safely say that if there WAS a 6000HP+ Lambo kicking around, then we would all know it!
My point being, is that a Top Fuel dragster makes in excess of 8000HP, so, it stands to reason that this YT clip would have gone viral, true?

Impressive power output for a 5 litre, 1800 blue, and over 2000 for the black, and 2500 for the red if i am correct. Nice, very nice, and from what I understand, that's just working the turboes and computer.

there is nothing in the title that says 1 Lamborghini has 6000 horsepower. all it says is 6000 horsepower of Lambo power. it's sad how many people don't have a command of the English language these days!

+HTC One I have to admit that I agree man - there is something truly appealing about combustion engines (prolly the sound) that electric drives lack. even though my gas rc is slower than my electric ones I still like the gas one far far more).

+Julian McClintock I have one of those Traxxas cars the one I have is the "Rustler" that's how I think it is spelled and I'm planning on upgrading it and putting one of those nitro engines in it and putting a bigger (normal) engine in it but I know it will be expensive.
Blake Rodgers awesome man that should be fun. Ask Mr Google about others who have done that conversion (there should be some cos Traxxas make that model in nitro). You will find you have to buy a few additional parts (brakes being one example) and will prolly need a new chassis. Re engine see if you can use a larger one like a os tm .21 cos then your car will be exciting to drive. Also bear in mind that a more powerful engine is likely to make you need to upgrade your driveline. Have fun with your build man :)

The 3800 series ii can handle up to 1200 HP, if you convert a gm car with that engine to rwd, it'll shit on these Lamborghini's

Ricardo Saca R888 are made for extreme performance and wont collapse under high speed.drag radial are not meant for high speed run. I love my r888, Though i'm not as fast as those guys but it give you sense of security during high speed .
I'm not an idiot, I know what r888s are. I have them on my personal car, and they can handle 500 hp just fine. But when it comes to 2000 whp+, they will spin a whole lot more than a good pair of drag radials

Not 6000 hp. Unless its got a top-fuel nitro hemi, 6k isnt happening. Those cars are estimated at 8-10k hp.
The only way to go faster at this point is to strap a rocket to the back of the car.

Israel Carrillo That's not true at all lol. It's extremely expensive to build any car over 1000 hp and 95% of cars can't be built over that no matter how much money is put into them. The gallardo is one of the best platforms for the half mile/mile that's why there are so many of them.
Once u get to about 3500hp, it is just too expensive and doesn't pay off performance wise to upgrade for any more HP.
