60g melted butter
60g sugar

a pinch of salt
1 egg
50g potato starch
100g wheat flour
8g baking powder

40g chocolate chips

Delicious! Very light, not too sweet. I substituted golden raisins instead of chocolate chips (which I'm not keen on) and I accidentally used 2 eggs, but it didn't matter. The apple & raisins was a choice combination! We so enjoyed this, as did our neighbour, whom we invited over to share these with today, along with tea and a chat. 💚☺💚
