Hey Toms! so thanks to you I bought my first pro camera- the legend Sony a6000, and I'm so happy with it! also, you're my favorite photography content creator. Thank you!
Thats a very good question. In short, you are completely right, typically you dont need to however in this situation we used polarizer filter (that reduced the light) as well as vnd base layer (forgot to remove it) and also we didnt shoot wide open on the lens (e.g f1.8) but rather f5.6 or so. And on top of that, it was shady there. All of that contributed to having shutter speed too low hence the need to increase the ISO :)
Quick question. Im about to buy a a5100 (almost the same insides) Should i Expect my pictures to be as good as these or is the a5100 way worse than the a6000
It not only monitors, but also records. Im using Acsoon CineEye and you can check a video i made about this topic: How To Record Your Cameras EVF (4 Ways) ruclips.net/video/O6aFT4mZ7Y4/видео.html
hey toms.... loving the a6000 content... i just got a a6000 as a gift.... one question though... do you use e front curtain shutter ?? i switched it on... using it will prolong the shutter life ?
You should definitely get a prime lens with low aperture! And it also forces you to "zoom" with your body and that leads to you finding more creative angles which helps a lot in my opinion.
@@mgyeri yeah that's true, I wanted a longer focal length cause I realized I was always using 50mm with my zoom (and also it's better for tracks and rally)

I am the only one who thinks that RAW looks better? 😇

Hi I just found my losted a6000 after 5 years! I have a6000 with kit 18-50mm. IF I had to buy ONE lens, which one will you recommend????
@@yartriesthis sigma 18-50 f2.8
Quick amateur question: why bump up the iSO if you're already in such a bright, sunny setting?

Are you using NEUTRAL creative style with -2,-2,-3 for this from your settings video ?
Cool, as usual 📸
gotta show my boy some love and give him a Like!!!!
You are amazing buddy 🙏
Bro can you tell me how you get monitor support for the Sony a6000 and equipment also thank youu
Hello, instead of the Hollyland I use a video capture device connected to the mobile. The latency is the same but it weighs and costs much less.
Quick question. Im about to buy a a5100 (almost the same insides) Should i Expect my pictures to be as good as these or is the a5100 way worse than the a6000
I believe they share the same sensor so you should expect the same quality. Biggest difference will be in your choice of lens though.
Hello. I have a question on your last video. Please reply. How can I get f 1.8 on an APS-C camera??
where can i find a phone holder for the sony a6000 like you have?
I just made a video about this setup, link is in description: iPhone as a Camera MONITOR (and EVF recorder)

How do you make a slow motion video ?
What app are you using as a monitor for your iPhone?

Also you can simply use Sony’s Imaging Edge app but its shitty
Does this app work on Android

Hey buddy, thanks a lot! I use it on A6000 but I do not use it on my A7IV because A7IV jams if I use it. I need to send it for warranty repair.
Bro you use manual focus ?
AF-C most of the time
Hey great video ! What lens would you recommend to go with my 18-50 20.8 ? I was thinking about 85mm or 70-200 F4
