- In this video we are taking a look at some more pre-release Eagle Force action figures that Fresh Monkey Fiction sent over for review. This week I look at a trio of Crimson Moon figures that consists of Count Ironmoon, The Goregills, and The Kiloworg. These are 4 inch action figures and each come with a pile of accessories.

My most anticipated Eagle Force figures. As for a Werewolf solider with guns in movies, there is a nightmare scene in: An American Werewolf in London that is exactly this. And the Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez Grindhouse double feature has a Rob Zombie directed fake trailer called Werewolf Women of the S.S as part of the package.

Really enjoyed this review. Lots of army-building potential with these Crimson Moon figures. Talking about parts swaps, I'd be curious to swap the lower bodies on the trooper and Count. Could be another way to add some variation. Good call too on bringing in the Skeletron Wolf Trooper, he fits right in as a pilot in their ranks.
TOTALLY EPIC and I can't wait to add these to my Monster Force collection. So excited that these figures are coming out. I've waited nearly five years to add these to my collection. Great review, I am a big 1/18, 4 inch figure collector

I've been waiting for these since they were announced. Modern figures of Red Shadows? Yes please. They are going to look amazing with the Roboskull Mk 2.

I pre ordered these as soon as they came up on BBTS. First thing I thought of with Kiloworg was American Werewolf in London, and I think the Goregill is a mix of the Star Trek Gorn and Creature from the Black Lagoon.
OK. That Goregills figure's eye looked directly at me when you turned him to the side. 😨

You do know that these figures are references to the Palitoy Action Force villains, The Red Shadows, don't you? Baron Ironblood, Kraken soldiers, Red Wolf, Red Laser (troopers), Black Major...
Yes I do, I know the Red Shadows well. I am not specifically referencing them because these are the mirror universe counterparts, Crimson Moon. A whole new alternate reality. 😃
The only way to get new Baron Ironblood, Kraken and Red Shadows... they all look fantastic though wish Ironblood came with his helmet, and the Goregil had webbed feet, not boots.

However.., the demand for Ironblood, the Black Major, Red Shadows etc. is pretty big (see Roboskull) and they would all have sold anyway
I think part of it is licensing. Each figure can’t look exactly like what it’s based on. Again, just a guess on my part.
15:00. Can't comment on the dots, but the shading looks like a well done ink wash.
My theory is the helmet is it contains water so he can breathe through his gills when he's on land, i.e. wearing boots and not out in the water. Hopefully a Goregills V.2 down the road will be a more aquatic with new legs and flippers/claw feet.
Could be. Lash Lightning had a blue helmet, which could pass for water if you
wanted to try a bubble helmet swap.

Living In the uk and having a large red shadow army it’s a shame these would cost a fortune to ship over
How does the red of the KiloWorg compare with say the red of the Tony Bruno or Santa figures? I imagine it's not an exact match and the Crimson Moon figures are a slightly deeper red, and the Bruno is more a vibrant plasticky red? Wondering if can swap parts between them or be too visible difference. Tia
These are the Action Force inspired figures I want. We've got the Baron, Major (head), Red Shadow and Kraken here.
BBTS is a no no with their shipping costs and guaranteed customs. Anyone know the best way to get them in the UK is ????

All these designs even the guest star figure all based on Red Shadow Designs from the defunct Pallatoys Action force line from the 80s....minus the werewolf theme

That's cool by me I'm looking forward to the 6 inch line getting crowd funded it will make a nice companion line to GI Joe Classified
