    Magic fans have been aware of how special Paolo is for about a year now. It went up another level after the Cleveland series. It was the best I've ever seen him play. No one's paying attention now but I think he'll start getting recognized nationally as a superstar in the next few years

    I’m a Knicks fan but I can say with absolute certainty that Paolo will become a top 3 talent in the league within coming years. He’s a more poised version of Carmelo Anthony with LeBron James game added to him. If the Magic continue to surround him with shooters and a solid scoring point guard, you guys will become favorites. This is a great time for Orlando.

  • @AngelRivera-uv3zw
    @AngelRivera-uv3zw 6 месяцев назад +4

    We need more shooting, it will open up everything for Paolo and Franz. Hopefully these shooters can play defense too. Look at the Wolves. Reid, McDaniels, Alexander Walker (people laughed at me when I said he would be perfect for Orlando), all these players play excellent defense and can shoot.

    I had to buy a jersey after his first month as a rookie. His high motor with his size and shot making ability as well as his ability to play defense due to his size, athleticism, and a good defensive minded coach makes him one of my favorite up and coming players. Hopefully they can snap a Malik Monk type player that can bring some offensive talent to their squad without sacrificing their defensive identity as well. Monk would be an ideal player because he’s not a liability on defense. Terry Rozier or Beal would be good back ups but they’re worse of defense than Monk

    Paolo is a humongous basketball player, I would say the weight room, and working on speed are needed to just take him to the next level when it comes to attacking the paint. The midrange scoring is extremely promising and his shot selection is very mature for his age. More reliability from 3, and more FTA, and at 6’10” I would love if 6.9 rebounds per game could become 10 rebounds per game but at that point I’m just nitpicking

    Banchero will benefit even more when the magic get a coach with a much better offensive philosophy. Way too many times I seen either paolo or franz (and franz REALLY PISSED ME IFF THIS SERIES WITH THE AMOUNT OF TIMES THIS HAPPENED) go into isos and just try to 1v1 the defender. If there was more ball movement and moving paolo around so he doesn’t have to create his spot he can just always be in a position where he starts off from his spot. Orlando’s coach really frustrated me with his offensive game plan and not checking franz when paolo was clearly hot in game 2 I think it was but franz kept forcing the damn issue… it was frustrating to watch

      They can get an assistant who is skilled at offensive creativity. No coach has everything, that's why they have a staff.
