Competencies in Moodle

Here is an example of how to use competencies in Moodle.
It is applied to one specific Knowledge Competency Framework, having competency for Reproduce, Apply and Assessment of Knowledge. Those competencies have different levels, Reproduce competency is the lowest level and Assessment competency si at the highest level.
Two other competency frameworks are also presented. That is Skills Framework competency, having Understand, Imitate and Develop competencies, and Attitude Compensate Framework, having Receive, Appreciate and Integrate competencies. Those competencies are also defined at different levels in each framework.
Those three competency frameworks are presented here as the Learning Ladder Competency Frameworks. It is general competency frameworks which can be applied to all learning processes.
