You can’t skip out on your work commitments and cause problems in the workplace and still get the same paycheck everyone else gets. Khloe shows up for work and is not a problem to the crew. Kim is attacking her because she’s insecure about her parenting. She seems jealous of Khloe’s bond with her kids and how disciplined they are compared to North and Saint.
The difference is Kourtney’s children lacked discipline. Khloe is the well-rounded parent who has polite, beautiful kids who are lovely to be around - including Dream, who she takes on when though she doesn’t have to.
I think this was the role meant for her and Kylie. They got so much hate for being the ugly ones. But now they turned out to be the best moms in the bunch.

I know it's sweet but Rob has his own house yet Dream has her own room at Khloe's house. So unless Rob spends the night too, Khloe really be taking care of Dream way more than Rob. Kim is away from her kids all the time, and Kanye is sometimes absent, yet Kim's kids aren't at Khloes nearly as much as Dream. Rob lives local and doesn't seem to work. Why would she have her all the time?
