    After watching your levator scapula video… my lower back has been killing me, so instead of going through 1000 videos that don’t work… I’m trying yours first!

    This is a helpful video- a little different than the other si ones. My PT does massage my butt but it would be great to do it myself - I’m so strong now after PT since Oct 2022 but still the SI is nagging- sometimes worse sometimes a bit better. Sitting definitely aggravates also suspicious that the leg press machine aggravates it but not sure 🤔

    Thanks for the video! Is there a way to tell if SI pain is from a too-tight or a too-loose SI joint? Is chiropractic adjustment worth doing or could it make the pain worse? Cheers from TX.
