There is no need of self attested coloured print copy of your CDC and passport ....u can directly upload scan copy (pdf)of your original CDC and passport.

However no you tuber remembers to mention, while applying for advance level II DCE, in the 'Personal Details' tab there is a place for CoC issue date and whether the application can b made with an expired CoC or shud the CoC b valid. An expired CoC still hs an issue date, but is it ok to apply with an expired CoC ? I knw DCE level II cn still b applied with an expired passport n CDC. But as for the validity requrement of the CoC there is no info. If someone can help please.

I had done basic tanker and gas familization 2016 but I have sailed in bulk carrier . Now I can apply for DC renewal or I have to do courses again for DC endorsement??? Please let me know.

In my passport it's having college address and company is saying to renew it with Home address, in my CDC also I'm having my home address. I have to apply for DC endorsement of OCTCO and LGTF, should i upload my this passport on dg shipping seafarers details section and apply DC or i should make my address correct then upload my new passport and then apply for DC endorsement. It might be possible that you didn't upload passport and CDC as prescribed..If yes upload again all three pages in colour and self attested and if not....Go under COP section and click on write grievance and mention your issues there.

Better you renew your passport address first then apply for DCE.

May be you have not upload properly self-attested passport and CDC if any of pages missing check it and reupload.
Bhai passport 3 pages uploaded and CDC First and Last pages uploaded all copies self attested kiya tha.

How to know that DCE is issued and how to download?
In cop there a option of 'write grievance' as you will click there .You status will be shown. You can download it in indos checker. Click on DC basic
