Welcome to CallHippo! In this video, we will be exploring the Power Dialer feature, one of the most efficient tools offered by CallHippo. The Power Dialer enables automatic outgoing calls to a predefined list of contacts directly from your CallHippo dialer. This automation eliminates the need to dial each number manually, significantly enhancing productivity.
To utilize the Power Dialer, you first need to create a campaign on your CallHippo dashboard. Begin by selecting the Power Dialer option and clicking on "Add Campaign." Name your campaign and decide whether to assign it to specific users or teams within your account. You can also choose the numbers from which the calls will be made.
The Power Dialer offers two important toggle options. The Auto Voicemail Drop allows the system to leave a voicemail if an answering machine is detected. The Attempts Per Contact option permits multiple call attempts to a contact if the initial call goes unanswered. You can customize the number of attempts and the interval between them.
For your contact list, download the CallHippo template, prepare your contacts, and upload the CSV file. You can also specify the minimum number of users that need to be available for the campaign to start. Once you have filled in all necessary details, write a description for your campaign and save it.
Your new campaign will appear in the Power Dialer campaign list. To run the campaign, ensure your dialer is open, toggle the button, and confirm the prompt. Calls will then be directed to the assigned users or teams. The number of simultaneous outgoing calls will match the number of available users.
