When i worked at the video store near Mcgill University. Up in smoke was always gone. I thought it had been stolen till one day a customer returned it. That movie, Baraka and the Godfather were always rented out. But Up in Smoke would alwaysssss be rented. Every single time it would be returned it would get rented right away. It was incredible.
My first job was at BlockBuster and it was always rented, I returned it to the shelf many times and literally someone would ask me right away for the movie i just put back. Also it was very late returned one time by a customer who put a joint in the VHS casette with a note "sorry, forgot to return" and let me just say that was one of the few times i let a bill slide😂 Good times
I grew up on Cheech & Chong thanks to my mom! Now, 3 generations of my family are huge fans! It would be a huge honor to meet them one day! Plz, come to NYC, man! 💚😎💚
Watching my favorite movie of theirs, Still Smokin. I went to Amsterdam in 2005 for 3 weeks and I've only been in California once for a couple of days that I didn't get out of the city near LA, so I can appreciate the setting of Still Smokin just a little more than the other movies because of nostalgia.
They asked the studios where did all the money go and the studio said, Up in smoke, thats where your money went , we take 5 dollars and give you 20 cents . 😎🎭✌️
I lived around the corner from him in Santa Monica 20 years ago. Would always run into him at the farmers market. He was always super nice and even started recognising me and coming up to me to say hi. Man is a true legend!
I was born in the mid 60's and first heard C&C from a friend's older brother. It was the Bamboo album. Basketball Jones, Dave's not Here, Black Lassie etc. Then the movie. Up in Smoke hit in '78. Yeah, I grew up with Cheech & Chong. 👍
The 6th film is Cheech & Chong's The Corsican Brothers. But it do not have the same "stoner type" of comedy like the regular movies, as its set in France , not in modern time. So there aint really any weed references to speak about from that one kinda.
My favorite C&C song ever covered was Korns cover of Earache My Eye.... I don't think a secret song made me more happy than that one when I found it. 😂
❤turned my kids and gkids onto the boys....when they eere old enough...esp the scene where they're in the 64 Impala stuck on the median....lollllllllllllll
I remember Chong came to Bell high school to teach dancing classes (Flamenco or was it Flamingo? Idk) apparently he's really good at dancing. At least I stopped by afterschool just to shake his hand.
The year 2015, I was a slot repair machine tech for Indian casino in So cal and would light a fat one before shift every single day so I clock in gear up and walk out into my section on the top floor and I accidentally bump into Cheech. I was completely floored and for rest of the shift I was completely starstruck customers angry as I didn’t fix shhit that whole night completely lost in the casino out of my section due to incompetence
Yeah by scamming mostly, I hope they catch flak for that "judges water" stunt they pulled. In case you didnt know, they sold a "limited edition" bottle of vodka, that converted to a smokeable piece. They charged 300, and then immediately made a "second edition" which is identical and half the price.
Imagine dying and your still making money lol. I cant believe its been 3 generations since they came out. My mom and dad showed me and i showed my son...

It was tradition in my family to watch cheech and Chong movies every new years eve. God i miss that. Love these guys

I still listen to Korn's cover of Earache My Eye 😂❤️
I was a teenager watching up in smoke at the drive in with my girls 😂 l brought a half OZ and 6 teenage girls smoked it 😂😂😂 Damn, the 70s were fun 😂
Wish I grew up during those times. I'm a 90s kid.

In the late 80's Tommy Chong was my next door neighbor. I was about 10 years old but he and my dad would always hangout.
I lived around the corner from him in Santa Monica 20 years ago. Would always run into him at the farmers market. He was always super nice and even started recognising me and coming up to me to say hi. Man is a true legend!

I had no idea there were 6 movies.
I've seen 2 and both were worth rewatching.
id say theres 5 of them as cheech and chong, and 2 kinda off brand movies that are pirate theme and medieval theme that arent the worst
All you really need is Up In Smoke, Next Movie, Nice Dreams, and Tough All Over.
The 6th film is Cheech & Chong's The Corsican Brothers. But it do not have the same "stoner type" of comedy like the regular movies, as its set in France , not in modern time. So there aint really any weed references to speak about from that one kinda.
❤in my 70s...still laff till my face hurts❤❤❤❤❤
The cassette tapes were my first introduction into the Cheech and Chong world I had like 5 or 6 tapes, before I seen any of the movies.
Low Rider is one awesome rock and roll GREAT!!! It's on my list of top ten jam that makes me want to dance 💙🥰🥰
My favorite C&C song ever covered was Korns cover of Earache My Eye.... I don't think a secret song made me more happy than that one when I found it. 😂
Soundgarden did it before that. 🤘

Things are tuff all over is a work of comedy art
Sounds like they still smoke and hear come along hits from the bong.
True stoners are the chillest of them all
Up in smoke 💨
Next movie. 🍿
Nice dreams🍦
Imortal classics of stoner comedy 👍🏻

My dad and I watched all these c&c movies I found far out man and yellow beard on my own in middle school
Hey, hey thanks man.
My Granny and Grandad ❤️ed tommy and Cheech 😚😘✌️🌿
Their are actually 7 movies
Up in Smoke, Next Movie, Nice Dreams, Still Smokin, Corsican Brothers, Yellow Beard, and Things are tough all over.
Yellow Beard had Cheech and Chong in it, but it is not a "Cheech & Chong" movie - if anything, it is more a Python movie (but also not really).
Yellow beard was a 'Monty Chong'
Me and my old lady watch Cheech and Chong all the time!

Toke! Toke! Toke! Toke! ~ TOMMY CHONG
Im 38, i grew up watching watching cheech and chong. I hope they are the ones well off and not shady management from the time
Floyd Sneed recently passed. I personally knew him, very cool man.

My dad introduced me to Cheech and Chong through "The Wedding Album".
I am the lobster coo coo kachoo!
These guys don't look like they like each other going by their body language...
Bro, they are not even close to being the same age as steveo, are u an expert on 78 and 80 year old peoples body language? or what?
Born in 1980 grow up and smoke bong and Watch the Movies
Why is there no recess in high school? Cheech and Chong. Please straighten this out. Thank you.
Imagine dying and your still making money lol.

I think Chong meant Stadiums, not Gymnasiums. 😆 Guaranteed Steve O has no idea who Three Dog Night are.
Proud to say I don’t as well and I’m sure plenty don’t
@splashpit Proud? "I like being ignorant!" 🤣 Most don't dig deep in the History. The enlightened know. 🙌
Does your hot sauce have red 40 in it?
Why don't you go look up the ingredients intead of deluding yourself that your so-what question will be answered here?
It's for your butthole, sir.
@@jamescarter3196it’s not a so what question, but I’ll give it to ya, he must be pretty full of himself hahaha
If you're that concerned with ingredients, don't buy it snowflake. You do realize you're watching 3 men that gave no shit about ingredients right??
What hot sauce has red 40 in it?
You need a bigger guest microphone on the right
Daves not here man
420th like!
Some of the Cheech and Ching stuff is a real stinker. You have to be mentally 18 years of age or younger to laugh at it
Look at the body language of Cheech. He is trying his best to distance himself from Tommy.
Look at you inventing big fat assumptions based on nothing. Look at you pretending to be smart when you're not.
@@jamescarter3196 The vehicle is parked on a slope.
My dude is just loving that pillow, chill😅
@@flippy6952I read that in Cheech's voice.
His body is farked his had a lot of surgery let an old man lay comfortable without putting a tin foil hat on✌️😁
