That first game, I couldn't even guess what's gonna happen next. I honestly thought it was over for Dream after that liberator but he showed he's a genius. That isolated expansion spot saved him.
Noob, I saw instantly that wasn't going to be the case, one marine is enough to counter the liberator.

Game 1 starts with 12 vs 12 supply,the end game is like 4 vs 16 supply with the wining side beeing on 0 scv count for most of the game.

God that felt so bad for Bunny that should have been a guaranteed win
on every other map that would have been a win.

Actually, if he manages to perfectly micro that marine and lift the depot, he could have won the game without the island base

That first game was amazing, I thought the game was surely over when that liberator appeared, but man what a ride.

After the liberator, I think Bunny could have got a banshee out on the map sooner. He had the resources to make a tech lab and a banshee before Bunny got more marines out which would have finished the game off

@LowLinK yeah or once the liberator spotted dream cc moving to the island, bunny should have lifted his cc and went to the island himself too. Gg
@@moileung What's the point of bunny moving to island when he still had so many workers left? And there is no way Bunny would realize that Dream was heading there as you could see he was heading toward center of the map first.

@LowLinK The bunker was positioned there because there are two places that Reapers could jump up on, the nat, and the slow zone next to the middle. At 1:40 you can see a Reaper jumping up into Bunny's main to the right of the Supply Depot. Also, Bunny figuers that Dream's gonna Reaper rush, so he didn't even bothered to build a wall at the ramp and instead build everything next to his CC so that Dream has a harder time killing anything that comes out of the production, and to limit the ways that Dream could micro. That Bunker effectively blocks off the entire top side of his base, so Dream couldn't just run circles around Bunny and attack from multiple angles, he has to attack through the bottom.
Also, the Bunker was a bit late, he only started it AFTER the Barracks was finished and 2 Reapers already out on the field. Even if a Bunker on the ramp is ideal, he didn't have time to safely build it before the Reapers kills the SCV building the Bunker and forcing a cancel due to Bunny not having enough and the Bunker being pretty far away. If it was a Safety Bunker, then I would agree that it's a dumb place to put it, but it was a Panic Bunker, a Bunker that you build because you just realize, "oh fuck, I'm getting cheesed."
I do agree with you on the Lib thou. He should've flew it back to his base after it killed all of Dream's workers so he could protect the bottom flank and just Ecoed his way to victory. If he really wanted to kill the CC, he should've built a Viking as well, so he could land it and attack buildings and made that middle "island" base unworkable and unsafe. Otherwise he should've just not bothered with the CC kill in the first place.

It's been a while since I played SC2, but can you still load 5 SCVs into a command center?
yes, but not an orbital command, so it's a tradeoff of scans+mules or loading up SCVs
Command center can both load SCVs and lift. Orbital command can only lift while Planetery fortress can only load.

Game 1 why Lib > Banshee as 1st air unit? Imo single liberators are pretty bad.
it takes too long to build as you have to make tech lab before. But afterwards maybe he should have done that.
Why didn't Bunny send the Hellions over to murder the mules and 1 marine at the newly acquired base for Dream? Just float your buildings away and force the reapers to go home and defend, or force them to attack the SCVs. I mean, even if you lose all of your scvs in the process, Dream would have no mining either, and he'd never be able to land the CC or fly it away because it would take damage either way, right?

It's a semi island that's why they were talking about it so much. Any other map, bunny would've won.
I saw this game live and was dying. Bunny threw it soo hard there.
1. just siege the lib on top of the baracks to kill the marine that is being produced. Easy pease stay in enemy base and kill the rest of the svcs
2. build that banshe. He should have build banshe instead of liberator but that second banshe was so slow. he coul dhave easily defended the reaper push which went for minutes
3. there was definetly more than one chance to zone out the reapers. The top of the base was blocked by the bunker with 4 rines inside. the lib could have saved the bottom once the reapers were not behind the minerals.
All in all this game was a huge pile of missed opportunities for bunny. But I dont feel bad for him, Dream was just better.
Man if bunny had just moved his cc to the center before dream did game 2 woulda gone to him.

Why did Bunny made Liberator first? Wouldnt banshee first be a better play?

However, a banshee definately would have been the way AFTER the lib. 100% chance of winning. He still shoudlnt have lost, as he could have just killed the marines with the lib.
Libs don't need a tech lab added for the starports so they come out much quicker. If he chose to build a banshee first, Dream would already have cyclone to counter the banshee by that point.
Well, that's the thing. The starport was hidden so Dream has no idea it was coming. And for banshee 2 is the golden number in this situation cause you can 1shot SCV and marines with it.
But then again, I understand Bunny don't want to take the risk of dragging it longer than that

on the first game, if he is able to kill the marines with the banshy, it's not a draw, he can just land and make a viking
His orbital was destroyed and he didn't have to cash to build a viking on hand
What is the point of Bunny not tapping out in the first game? He has no opportunity to come back. His opponent isn't stupid enough to lose his entire force to a single Banshee that can't cloak and he has an orbital so no chance of running him out of resources. Seems like a troll waste of time.

@@SC2HL i just stack my cake and bnb lp there, and i bought 3 bunny cause i'm sure that it will be listed on binance very soon. (since they are par of the binance programm with auto and beefy, and they both already have been listed. So only bunny is missing :)
I know I know, I just like that Uranium has a marketcap of 15 million and is still growing quite rapidly in terms of DAU. Think it’s a bit riskier but much better return

there was no way he would have cloak at that time and no reason to even research it against terran. why bring it up?

Dream spread his barracks so bunny could only siege one at a time which wouldn't be good enough
@@Whalery Yeah, if Bunny really wanted that base dead, he should've built a Viking to land in there. Otherwise, after Bunny realizes that Dream doesn't have workers, or that he was trying to set up in the mid, he should've just flown the Lib back home and help defend against the Reapers.

@@daddysempaichan If he had focused too much on the lib, he might have died from reapers overwhelming his base. Both sides were micro heavily. Also he got supply block so hard that he couldn't do anything with it. He couldn't really use his only liberator to park on anywhere else, be mineral lines or 3 separated barracks.
Did Bunny forget that the banshee can cloak? Sure Dream's Orbital could scan it, but that would use up the energy the orbital needs to call down mules.

@@zean233 Ah, that would explain it then. I generally don't think about stuff like that or blink needing research because for me, I buy almost every upgrade every match just as a matter of course. When upgrades cost the same as a single unit and make 20+ units far more effective, it never made sense to me not to.
Still I guess he would've had to keep his lab alive long enough to do it, so yeah, makes sense. RIP
