I decided to make this video in 4K/2160p rather than the usual 2.5K/1440p due to the game bouncing off the CPU at 1440p hence FSR2 provided zero gains over Native. Do you guys want to see future benchmark / comparison videos in 4K or 1440p?
I've heard that RUclips benefits higher videos with better codecs; to even go so far as to render at 4k even if shot/recorded at a lower res trigger them. I haven't done personal testing, but it does make sense. I mention that because if there's a benefit system-side and it doesn't bog you down too much during production, opt for the higher res, make it a little more future proof. Personally, I went for refresh instead of res last upgrade so I'm capped at 1080. But the 240 refresh rate is nice. I've been playing with Nukem9's .dll package. When this mod hits Nexus, I'll see if my untrained eyes notice any difference. Still, I can stream 30FPS with psycho RT because of Frame Gen. I can, when it's just a scenic walk and not too many npcs are taking up cpu space, turn on RT and stream that beauty without it going complete potato. I want to say again, I'm so happy to have found your channel. It's widened my tinkering a bit more and really opened up a lot of considerations I didn't have before. Please do maintain.
@@CollinGerberding Good heads up. I'll do some testing on it. 4K would definitely need a higher bitrate than 1440p to maintain the same level of quality so RUclips would be forced to compress it less. I think at the end of the day it'll be a case by case basis since some of these games like Cyberpunk won't be able to run at 4K with raytracing at a decent framerate except on a 4090 and even then it'll need DLSS. I also feel like most gamers play at either 1080p or 1440p and prefer the framerate over the visuals and are looking to see the gains they get by upgrading to new cards. 240Hz refresh rate is definitely very nice.
@@Swaggaccino Just toe be sure, I meant recording at whatever resolution, then rendering it out at 4k for upload. I'm not sure on streaming because I Definitely don't have the chance to even test that and I believe most people don't. But again, storage space, data caps, etc all come into play. The first time I upgraded specifically for gaming was because of Overwatch and it was FPS chasing the whole way down. With a game like Cyberpunk, I actively broke myself of that mindset so I could appreciate it more. Thanks for facilitating a little big of a geek out. Those are always fun.
@@CollinGerberding I got you. Storage and data cap is not a problem. The only cap will be whether or not I can get a stable 60 in 4k. This rules out games like Cyberpunk or with Raytracing but I'll switch to 4K in games that will allow it. Most should be fine. I can also do stretching in Adobe Premiere post production but it might not look as good or crisp. Maybe a test run will suffice.

how do i install could you tell me pls
Hi how do i fix ghosting?
You don't. It's a side effect of the generator. Wait for AMD to address, play with Fluid Motion Frames, or play a slower game with it.
can confirm doesnt work on latest update
how to install?
why is it in 360p?
RUclips is still processing the 4k. Usually takes around 2 hours depending on the file size.
Just wait for it to finish and then make it public after. @@Swaggaccino
