- Black Garlic Seasoned Shrimp. Delicious, and full of flavor. And yes we leave the tails on because we can...and it's OK :)
1 1/2- pds jumbo shrimp - Tails On
( cleaned and deveined)
kosher salt
black pepper
seafood or Cajun seasoning
black garlic seasoning
2 cloves garlic
For the pan:
olive oil
butter - browned in olive oil
2 cloves garlic
lemon juice
rice wine vinegar or apple cider is fine
Add shrimp
Cook until just pink
pour broth into a bowl ( don't throw away)
Add shrimp back to the hot pan
Toss for 1-2 minutes until edges crisp and start to brown slightly.
Remove from heat
Pour shrimp in a large bowl
Pour broth on top.
ENJOY!

At the very beginning I added the garlic to oil "and" browned butter. Of course I thought I pressed record when I first added the butter. ( amateur) 😂
