What’s the best way to reach out to builders to do this marketing? When you are talking about developers and developments are you talking about the national companies or more focusing on smaller hometown regional builders?

Great video Mike, I used to do a lot of new construction in another state and had a really good relationship with the sales manager...but a few times after buyers would see my videos about the community and homes they would just go there directly so sometimes I would miss the sale. Any tips on how to prevent that? Was thinking maybe see if the builder/sales manager would give any special incentive to buyers that mentioned that me....appreciate any tips you can give. Thanks

Im trying to run FB ads but once I select the special audience for housing it makes the audience 18-65+ then gives me an error saying the audience has to be 21+ but wont let me edit the age to 21+..... someone plz help!
