Captivating discussion. I have been a convert to natural running and footware for a while now. It takes time to make the change, but feels so much better.

Awesome topic and awesome clips, underrated subject. We spend so much time on our feet but don’t take great care of them, falls are a huge risk for the elderly, and walking is arguably the main physical thing you want to be good at throughout life. Thanks 🙌

Start playing on a Bosu ball. Make sure you have healthy ankles before you start. Also check out kneesovertoes and the exercise he recommends for healthy knees and ankles. You will never have plantar fasciitis again.

Hi and thanks for all the value information
I'm a Cancer Survivor and because of side effects of chemotherapy I have what's called diabetic feet even tho I'm not diabetic.
For me it is a huge challenge finding footwear that is comfortable and that can be worn for long hours at work, a typical day consisting of 12 to 14 hours.
Please all the information that you can share is greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance for your help and feedback 👍🏾

Downvoted because it wasn’t stated upfront in the full video that the exercise video would not be available to non-paid subscribers.

Thanks. I did not see that the exercises wouldn't be posted. FYI, the Human Locomotion website has good foot exercise videos. She mentions Tom Michaud of Human Locomotion at one point during her interview.

Are you sure he is not going to post the video of the exercises? He often breaks up the videos into two big parts.
