I don't comment very often, but the other year when you were feeling low I remember commenting that I felt the same, and you replied. It really helped me. When I was in my early 20s I got in to an awful relationship. Everyone could see it but me. It ended very messy with me having to be taken out of work place as he said he was going to kill me. Anyway after him I felt so judged like who is she going to being home next !! I wasn't just how my brain works. Im now 42 married to the most amazing kind and caring man and I have 2 children, back with my ex I would never have seen this happening. Im so Happy for you that you have found your happiness.

Another silent viewer here! I’m so happy that you feel so much better and self confident than a couple of years ago. I remember your vlogs when Covid hit and you didn’t feel so good. My mental health also went downhill, so I could relate. Now, a couple of years later, I started and finished therapy, got rid of my anxiety, moved and got into a great job and I‘m a different (and truely happy) person now.
I hope, your equally as proud as we are for your progress and for pushing trough and filming this video!

Big virtual hugs to you Rachel I can understand how hard that might have been for you.. when you been through trauma in life it’s natural to cave in, and feel a sense of paranoia that if I going to be too happy and share stuff i am going to spoil things, we always blame ourself and start the loop of self sabotage i have been there myself. So you have done so well to let us in to this part of your life.
When the right time be for you I am sure you will let us know if you are moving in with him and where.. and also his name 😊.

I’ve been a subscriber for a few years now and watching you feel more confident in being more vulnerable about your personal life, including your relationship, is really beautiful to watch ❤ I tend to also put my guard up when it comes to dating and relationships because of previous experiences not working out, but seeing you find genuine happiness gives me hope and makes me believe that things really work out when the time is right (learning to let go of expectations and being in patient when you know what you want). pausing the video to comment, you probably know this rationally and hopefully emotionally as well after all the work you did, but you are most definitely not a bad person or making bad decisions! I can totally relate to what you're saying, for me it wasn't as bad as having to go to court, however the emotional damage that narcissist did was awful. He who is without sin, cast the first stone. When you mentioned wanting us to climb into the screen because you needed a hug. I felt that and literally teared up. You have been an inspiration for us all for a long time and we just want to see you happy. I’ve also just moved over seas and it’s been emotional. Waiting for visas is so frustrating. I’m still waiting. I completely relate to what you’re saying. I married my husband 14 months after meeting him, we have been together 9 years and have two beautiful children together. She also reacts a similar way and just letting her talk and get it out releases a lot of the tense feelings even if it doesn't fix everything in that moment. You seem a very empathetic person like her where emotions can change how you react and deal with situations. Honestly I am so proud of you and seeing how far you have came and overcome. Being on a break and hearing from 8 plus close friends and family how much more confident, happy, relaxed I seem. P. S. To save on weight maybe buy reusable toiletry items empty containers set and transfer items you want to take with you in these containers? You can use them in the future for flying. And not having glass helps with keeping the weight down in the luggage

Yeah we did talk about that kind of stuff. I always talk to him about what I am going to say in a video or what not. He trusts me though with how I say things. Its definitely going to be an adjustment when I do move. I've been doing this alone for such a long time I don't really know how to find the work/relationship balance but that'll be my first priority after moving. Figuring out a healthy way to do both things
@@rachelleea That sounds really healthy to me already - trust is so important in a relationship. I'm sure you will find a way to share what you (both) feel comfortable with. I’ve been a subscriber for a few years & watching you grow & feel more confident is wonderful ❤ I’m a VERY private person about relationships because of previous experiences & truthfully, it’s none of our business, despite how open some other influencers are. What I’m curious about is, if you’ll be moving back to the GTA, or where in Canada, you’ll be settling next? (if I’m being too nosey, please don’t feel that you have to answer that) Thanks for sharing & good luck with the move!
Also, your comment about the dead lilies, nearly made me spit my wine out with laughter. The sugar/vinegar thing doesn’t work for bulbs. They’ll open rapidly in high heat. Even in the Spring, its best to get a needle (esp for lilies & tulips) & give the stem a little prick close to the bloom, so they won’t droop. I don’t like Martha Stewart, but she does have a good book, with all kinds of tips about flowers called, Arranging Flowers: The Best of Martha Stewart Living.
Not nosey at all, I’ve been advised not to talk details of moving publicly while everything is processing. Wish I could but I want to keep everything in order and do what they say. Once’s I’ve got the green light, I’ll share everything 😊

I am sending you hugs, you have come a long way and you should be very proud I’m proud of you!! It takes a lot of courage to show yourself on camera and be very honest to the world, I feel like you have explained everything very well and I feel like you should tell us only what you’re comfortable with because this is your personal life and your personal choices, people aren’t always nice and your gonna have jealousy out there and as a result people will chime in and start leaving mean comments and advice of what you should be doing, now that being said I’m not saying this is gonna happen or that you shouldn’t share, I’m just saying that this is your life and your choices and at the end of the day you’re the one that has to live with them as does each of us. It took me a long time (years) to finally come out and say what was really on my mind in those times. I have learned that I’m the one who has to live with their decisions and i just had enough. 😁😁 My hope is that the rest of this world would see life this way. I apologize for the late reply. It must have been during the time you were going through something’s. Prior to your therapy session. Maybe mean is not the correct word but you were very guarded. But as you talk about finding and talking to someone then journaling you started slowly letting a little more of yourself be seen. I understand these past few years for you have been a very hard season, dealing with grief not just your dad but also your childhood home and relationship. It is a lot. I did not mean to offend you I just wanted you to know I see and feel your excitement and joy for the future. I watch your channel because it is escapism it gives me peace. Plus I learned self care isn’t just about nails and hair but internal mental care from you and I thank you for that. That’s it. I hope I explain it ❤️
Great video! Wouldn’t it be cheaper and easier just to take an extra case then you wouldn’t have to ship anything or stress about things fitting. If your toiletries and hair tool are anything like mine, they’ll be more than 2-3 kg 😂
Thats true but the issue would then be buying an extra suitcase I don't need and that feels wasteful and then it might end up being more to buy the suitcase and pay the extra luggage than to ship a box. But I'm not sure so I need to look into it 😊

45, I started doing 45 mins because when I was in Austin it would take me 45 mins to walk around the whole suburb so my goal became 45. While I was in Toronto I was walking for 1 hour 25 to 1.5 hours and now I just try to hit 45 mins 💛

Did you have to come back home to start process to come to Canada again? Will this give you landed immigrant status? Hoping all the paperwork get done soon.
