Bradley Beal contract has a no trade Clouse which basically means he determines what teams can trade for him in a contract and Galinari sign somewhere else. You have to remember these teams are a business and if they feel like its not worth spending the money they won't. Lastly lest be real Bradley and Galinari won't move the needle.

Because Lebron likes to make franchises worse when he leaves. He blindsided both the Cavs(first time) and the Heat when he left. Gilbert new he was leaving to the Lakers that second time. He didn't even try to improve the team after they won. Lebron and Gilbert just used each other. Gilbert used Lebron to get a title. Lebron used Gilbert/Cleveland to change his reputation. People hated The big 3 Lebron. They loved the Lebron that went home to cleveland.

I think Miami has some minor power in being the market setter for Donovan - the players mentioned + 3 first round picks is the war chest right now. I’m sure some teams can beat that offer but I doubt any that are that many that are close enough in contention to actually pull a trigger. New Orleans would be the other one that comes to mind

I doubt this is real, Cavs not just going to trade just for Herro, and Jaime. They're going to want the whole farm plus picks. Not, only that but will put Miami in the 2 apron for the next 2-3 years. Miami will extend Jimmy, so thats 50+, Bam 40+, and Spida 40+, and Terry 24+. Thats four players, not including KLove, Jrich, and Bryant. Who would all be under contract. I didn't mention Niko, Jamie, and Caleb because they would be a part of the trade. I dont see how that a recipe to get pass the first round if health a factor again, but this time we wouldn't have to bench. And Spida wouldn't avg 30 on this team because Jimmy & Bam will need the ball in there hands, so I'll say he will avg 24-25 at best.
I can't agree with you more. You're just shifting from one problem to another. You also make the team even smaller than it is now. That isn't going to help you win in this league. The small ball era is over. You need size to win.
He's going to walk the following season. Anything you get for him is better than nothing, Cleveland knows this, the entire league knows this. It's why they are so active now, they know he won't resign. Teams will start off with thier low ball offers, which miami still has one of the best lowballs available, with Tyler herro, 2 first and 2 second round picks. If a team over pays here, it's to try the "KL experiment" and win one on a rental, try to convince him to stay. I could see NYK's doing this. Terry probably gets moved, don't worry about the second appron, we've got the Guru, Andy Elisburg to handle the Financials.

Even so, these new CBA rules are designed to make big three teams in money wise and talent wise, not to really exist anymore, less your owner completely understands that those pockets are about to take some big time damage. And also tie both of your arms behind your back. If Miami pulls off the trade, the team will have little to no depth, and the size still wouldn't have improved.

I hope I’m wrong on this but Miami Heat is the ultimate smoke screen. Targeted every season by some source that a high level player would love to get traded to but then it never happens. I’m okay if Heat only focus on the free agency market.

In terms of fit, there aren't actually many teams that make sense for Mitchell to go to that have the assets other than the Heat, Lakers as most teams have a player that fills Mitchells role that they wouldn't trade for. Herro, Jacquez and Jovic and picks works. I think Cavs would be happy with this, may even be an overpay but they want to build around Mobley so they'd trade Jarrett Allen later for players and Jovic can be a big part of the team. But lets be real, either he stays on the Cavs or he gets traded to the New Orleans Pelicans for CJ McCollum and a bag of chips.

Miami Heat draft Zach Edey and in the 2nd round Justin Edwards or Alex Karaban. Trade Herro and future first round pick for Mitchell or Malik Monk or Dejounte Murray. Sign KCP or Derrick Jones. Let caleb and highsmith go or sign and trade them for picks. Use those picks to get Donovan. Sign Jonas and Malik Beasley or another defender and scorer.
