I looove!! I’ve been seeing a lot more worm on a string like characters and it makes me sooo happy. I’ve been collecting worm on a string for years hah.
Would you have any advice for someone trying to learn how to draw fur and hair? I can never get the shapes right. Tried making a wear wolf with a big mane but can't figure out how to get all the hair to look right I either have to much or too little and the shapes suck lol.
Fur & hair certainly can be difficult - I think my best advice would be to block in the fur/hair as large “clumps” at first, then divide them into smaller clumps of fur, make sure to vary the direction they flow in; if your style is quite cartoony then probably don’t add too much detail (like very small strands) as it’ll look cluttered (obviously if your style is more realistic then that doesn’t apply) - someone else asked a similar question recently so I’ll try and make a tip/tutorial video on fur soon
