I love that you are planning your week using your monthly as your guide. I am definitely trying to keep a no/low spend for the month of January as well.
Ok so…what keeps playing over and over in my head is what u said about waiting until you are very hungry to eat rather than giving in to cravings cuz sometimes that is just what it is…a craving and not actual hunger. That is a problem I deal with. I find it’s a craving and when I get distracted it goes away only of course I don’t notice until later cuz I was distracted and my mind wasn’t on my craving. I am struggling with my weight and it’s frustrating. But keeping track of exercise, sleep, water, and calories does help and has in the past. Now to stick w the plan lol.
I know the struggle! It’s always a learning process. You need to take some time to honestly think about what you haven’t changed. Maybe buy less snacks when you go grocery shopping. Buy less snacks helps me whenever I’m tempted to eat junk food while I’m at home. I also have been trying to eat smaller meals or protein as a snack more often. For example, I might eat two baked chicken legs for a snack or a few slices of zucchini with balsamic vinegarette dressing. I’ve been trying to think differently about what a snack is. It doesn’t have to be chips, candy or ice cream. I hope that helps!
