Chrome is resource intensive! it will make remaining 700mb memory full. the TV components may heatup faster inside. But good news is Android system is very smart. just make sure you close Chrome by pressing back button on your TV remote when you are done using it instead of pressing the home key which keeps chrome running in background! Even after removing firefox the problem continued and forced me to reset android.

did you tried typing Chrome only? did you checked if it appears in Apps settings. make sure the installation was successful

Maybe the format of your flash drive is incompatible. is it NTFS?
I had the same problem but then I used a different file manager and was able to access the flash drive without having to reformat it. I used x-plore

Everything worked until I installed and by the end it said “not installed”.
UPDATE: I tried a different file to install and it worked this time. But now it won’t let me get past the “welcome to chrome” screen and won’t let me click “accept & continue”. This is frustrating. Lol

yes you can try resetting from TCL TV by even logging in to prebuilt T Browser
