Also, when you want to search for something, you must have a usb mouse installed; the search field cannot be activated from the remote control, but only from the USB Mouse; the text can only be entered from the remote control, so it's a USB Mouse + Remote control combination, it's not very comfortable!

When u install everything, you need to put usb mouse in tv and then u can click on "accept and continue". That's only real solution. Thank me later.❤

storage is full, that's why it's not installing. you should delete apps you don't use to free up space.

You have to press the arrow button from the tv controller few times till you see the options boxes are moving

I had to buy a mini wireless keyboard remote with TouchPad mouse (amazon $12) and plug the USB to the tv. Hope this helps.
