The idea is to be in as relaxed or calm a state as possible. Put on headphones if you need to. Best time is the right before you go to bed. The brain is supposedly more receptive in that relaxed state.
The plan: listen to this as often as possible until the words and phrases are natural to you, that you don't even need to think to say them.
These phrases can be used mainly for the first encounters. What do you say to people who you don't know at all or don't know very well? Those phrases.
The phrases are spoken with the main accent of Spain.

That was a very interesting post, here are a few more tips on how to learn Spanish…
Set realistic goals, don’t just dive in and say “I want to be fluent Spanish within 1 year”, give yourself short term goals which lead up to long term goals. E.g. Short Term Goal = “I want to learn all about this topic in 1 month” and Long Term Goal = “I aim to be able to speak about at least 12 topics within the next year.
Make time, you will need to set some time aside, preferably on a daily basis, so you can achieve your goal. I highly recommend blocking out actual time on your calendar every day and really commit to this. Think of it as an appointment with your doctor that you wouldn’t consider missing. That is exactly how you should treat this task. As little as 20 minutes a day is a great start.
Immerse yourself in the language, meet Spanish friends, listen to the radio, watch a show on TV, and try to read the newspaper. Even if you do not 100% understand the content, keep it as a daily exercise and you will eventually make sense of it all. The other great news is this listening exercise is the only way to improve your accent. Your brain will process all the information and you will notice the improvement with time.
Have a practice buddy, keep yourself motivated and accountable by practicing Spanish with a friend. It is always a good strategy to practice the language with someone who is fluent and non-judgmental. I have a friend who practices spanish with me and I practice English with her.

This is good one. Learning and at the same time nice calming music. When the brain starts to hurt the relief comes immediately and I can continue learning. Thank you.
What makes this so much more effective is that it lists the English phrase first once and the Spanish phrase after and twice. This is logically how an English speaking person will process the thoughts of speaking Spanish.

Yes Spanish is clear once one gets Conjugating down! Everybody says French yes is harder! The words don't match spelling! For example

In Canada, we have to learn French as an elective in high school to earn credits towards graduation and Im getting so confused between French and Spanish, especially the conjugations and pronunciations 😩 the mots-amis (words in French that sound like English) helps but it’s still confusing

I think that this can be an effective way because I know that how a baby first learns its language is by hearing it, not nessesarily speaking it. We are sub conscious at all times, even when we sleep. Our brain stimulates to the sound and the repition of it. Now, I'm not saying you can learn a language in one night, you may have to watch the video over many nights to understand the different verb endings and conjunctions. Spanish for me is really easy to learn, and for some reason I decided to start learning Spanish at 14, which I am right now. Buenes noches!
I love learning new languages but sometimes, I'm way to lazy to learn a new one by making myself some lessons. I'm already almost fluent in French and English but I had some troubles learning spanish... I hope this will help !
