    Sir, Automatic route of FDI is prohibited in India in such sectors like Atomic energy lottery etc, then what about Government approved route of FDI.
    Are FDIs in the above mentioned sectors allowed through Government approved route?

    • @CuriousAdil
      @CuriousAdil 2 года назад +4

      FDI is Prohibited in both routes in those sectors

    Sir, my doubt is not related to this video. While solving questions i came to see this que. Demand pull inflation is not caused by disruptions in agricultural production is this true or false. According to my logic if agriculture production is reduced the goods which comes to the market will be low so that it causes demand in the market, it cause demand push inflation. What is ans for that ques. Please explain me sir.

    • @divyabharathirajendran6052
      @divyabharathirajendran6052 2 года назад +5

      I would like to give my opinion for this from inputs acquired from Sir's class. Your logic is correct but its half way.
      Disruption in Agricultural production -----> Less Goods in the market (ie. Demand being Constant and Supply being Low) ---> High Price ----> High cost of Raw Material , Which leads to Cost Push Inflation.
      So here the demand is not Rised, But Supply fell, due to which we get Cost push Inflation and not Demand Pull Inflation.
      Am I Correct Sir?

      @@divyabharathirajendran6052 even ur logic fits the question. I was thinking from one side. Let's see wht is the ans is.

      @@nivethasubramani494 Yes, Divya is correct.
      If Agricultural production falls, Supply falls --> Cost push inflation (Demand doesn't fall, its constant) Just because Onion Prices are rising doesnt mean more people are consuming Onions.
      It just fall in Supply.
      See the Cause, Not the effect.

    • @CuriousAdil

      It is FPI.
      An FPI is called FDI, if investments are above 10% of total shares of the company.
      In that case if DR holdings are above 10%, its deemend FDI
