My favorite thing to say when I run is “you deserve to know what happens when you don’t allow yourself to quit” and it gets me PUMPED. Loved this video!!

These are great tips. I run and I tell anyone wanting to run to make sure you stretch before and after. It helps protect you from a lot of injuries. Congratulations on your marathon ☺️

I love saying ‘It doesn’t matter how slow you go so long as you keep going’ to myself to motivate myself to keep going.
I wish I could be okay with running indoors, I just can’t deal with treadmills and the feeling of not going anywhere. How do I train my stomach to tolerate food while running and not feeling like I’m going to be sick? Even with jellybeans my stomach was not impressed. Park runs are my weekly speed training session. I’m so competitive when it comes to PBs. I’m currently training to run the London marathon in April next year. It’s so exciting that it will be my first.

I just signed up for my first 5k race after not running for quite a few years since army college. So it’s been a while. Excited to see how it goes and to see what comes in the future ☺️

Thank you for these tips...Ordered the Hoka Bondi runners, they have been great, only shoes where I haven't had blisters...Also ordered the sports bra and free train bra, as I've signed up for a 1/2 marathon next month. Really looking forward to it! :)

Recommend cliff blocks to eat during your longer runs. I tried Percy pigs but gave me a stitch 😂

Hey, really enjoying your channel, I was actually getting back into serious fitness, but still, the biggest race I've done is a 5k... with longer runs during practice; but jw, Noone's ever told, I've heard that for some longer races you get to take breaks.! Do you know what distance that allowance for like bathroom breaks and snacks that starts at or at least isn't frowned upon at????

5 mile marathon? Marathon is not a catch all term for any length of running... It's literally a specific length 26.1 miles or 42.2km.

@@lm6424 seriously? smh 🙄hope this made your day brighter smh lol because this was beyond unnecessary. if you were trying to make a point it definitely miss the mark because of the way you decide to comment on my comment. that also if I think about it wasn't something I was asking or stating to you. smh guess this what they mean by trolling 🤔

I always wanted to listen to music, but you have to be used to breathe the correct way. When you don't have to think about your breath then go for the music ^^ And I also found out that the genre is important. Always listened to the music I normally listen to in the car and so on, til I found out the only that keeps me going is techno 😂
Thank you for sharing this video :)

Amazing!! Well done. My boyfriend signed me up in secret for GNR. I literally do not run and other than lockdown mile a day never have.
I completed the GNR in September too. First ever run over 5K and it was half marathon 🥲 insane. You did amazing too xx
