Why is AZ Phizo considered as the Father of the Nation when he didn't condemn the shillong Accord, if it was a betrayal?? Does every Nagas accept him as Father of the Nation or just a particular tribe only?
u may not regard him but the naga umbrella term was brought by him, nagas were separated by tribes and no form of unification was there. to each their own. during the fiest war it was ao and angamis only, guerilla warfare was not the solution and we would be wiped out. phizo went to britain and pleaded with the queen to consider the geography once again. the rest of the tribes were uneducated and in a state of wilderness whether u like it or not. simon comission in india has record of naga vowing to the queen as separate emtity. it is an open proff of history that i speak not folk lores passed by grandparents
